Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 2026

1. Session Fees

All session fees are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Payment is expected prior to or at the time of the session, as specified during the scheduling process.

2. Cancellation by Client

More than 24 hours before the session: Full refund or free rescheduling is available.

Less than 24 hours before the session: A cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost may apply. The remaining amount can be refunded or applied toward a future session.

No-show (without prior notice): No refund will be provided for missed sessions without prior notice.

3. Cancellation by Therapist

In the rare event that a session needs to be cancelled by the therapist due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Package Sessions

If you have purchased a package of multiple sessions, refunds for unused sessions will be calculated based on the individual session rate minus any package discount that was applied. Refund requests for packages must be made within 90 days of purchase.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

6. Exceptions

In cases of genuine emergencies or extenuating circumstances, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with empathy and understanding.
